No discount codes can not be used during sale periods only out side of these periods.

What postal service do you use?

Here at Sunchaser we use Australia Post did ship our orders. When shipping overseas Aus Post often uses your regions main postal services as-well as DHL and FEDEX.

What materials do you use for your swimwear?

We primarily use recycled polyester and recycled nylon, which are both durable and eco-friendly. These fabrics come from post-consumer plastics, like water bottles, and repurposed fishing nets, keeping these materials out of landfills and oceans. We also incorporate organic cotton for select items and are constantly exploring new sustainable textiles.

How do I care for my swimwear to make it last longer?

To extend the life of your swimwear and minimize environmental impact:

  • Rinse after use: Rinse your swimwear with cold water after each use to remove chlorine, salt, and sunscreen residue.
  • Hand wash: Wash gently by hand with mild soap, or use a delicate machine cycle in a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric.
  • Avoid fabric softeners: These can break down fibers and affect the durability of your swimwear.
  • Air dry: Lay flat to dry in a shaded area. Avoid wringing out or drying in direct sunlight to maintain fabric elasticity.

Are your products made ethically?

Yes! All of our swimwear is designed and manufactured in facilities that adhere to fair labor practices. We partner with ethical manufacturers who provide safe working conditions, fair wages, and respect for workers' rights. We are committed to ensuring that every product is made with both the planet and people in mind.

Do you use plastic packaging?

No! We believe in reducing plastic waste wherever possible. Our swimwear is packaged in recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials. We also encourage you to recycle any packaging you do receive.

Can I return or exchange my swimwear?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy on our website for detailed instructions. We offer a 30-day return window on unused, unworn, and unwashed products. For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.
