SHIPPING + REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sunchaserclothing@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Not wanting the product
  • Worn or damaged
  • Returned with no tags or hygiene stickers

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be unworn, clean & sold at a nonsale or discounted price, for exchange within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Swimwear must contain hygiene stickers that have not been taken off or reattached. We will refuse the return of your product in the case that the product is dirty, has been worn or is damaged in any way. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you at your expense.

Please note we do not offer exchanges for change in mind

Refunds
Refunds are only given in the unlikely chance of your item being faulty. Please contact us at sunchaserclothing@hotmail.com

Shipping

To return your product, please send us an inquiry at sunchaserclothing@hotmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
