RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the perfect fit online can be tricky — that’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple and seamless as possible.

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached and In original packaging
  • With hygiene stickers intact (for swimwear)

REFUNDS

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on all full-priced items.

Please note:

  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all refunds
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and processed

Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds


EXCHANGES

We gladly offer exchanges on eligible items, including sale items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be unworn, clean, and in original condition
  • Swimwear must have hygiene stickers intact

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note: sale items are final sale. We offer exchanges and store credit only

Fastest option:
We recommend placing a new order for your desired item and returning your original piece for a quicker turnaround.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept international returns and want to make the process as smooth as possible.

  • International customers are eligible for exchanges or store credit and refunds
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Checkout+ was selected
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • As U.S. orders have tariffs paid by us, these costs will be deducted from your refund, exchange or store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sunchaserclothing.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale (refunds not permitted)
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, damaged, or used items
  • Items without tags or hygiene stickers

WHAT IS CHECKOUT+?
If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. 

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
