RETURNS
We understanding finding the right fit can be hard when shopping online so we made our returns policy as easy as possible.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
REFUND CONDITIONS
- All returns for refund are subject to a $10 restocking fee
- We offer refund, exchange or store credit options on full price items. Any item purchased on discount is considered final sale. International orders can be exchanged or we offer a store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be unworn, clean for exchange within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Swimwear must contain hygiene stickers that have not been taken off or reattached. We will refuse the return of your product in the case that the product is dirty, has been worn or is damaged in any way. We will send products that don’t fill our requirements back to you at your expense.
SALE ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise wait for the product to arrive back to us. Contact us at info@sunchaserclothing.com with any questions.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Discounted, sale items and gift cards.
- Not wanting the product
- Worn or damaged items
- Items returned without tags or hygiene stickers
WHAT IS CHECKOUT+?
If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal.
If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
