We aim to dispatch every order same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

USA orders have tariffs prepaid and included at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other international orders (outside Australia and the USA), customs fees, taxes, or duties may be charged separately by the carrier or customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, especially internationally. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking hasn't updated, email us at info@sunchaserclothing.com and we'll chase it up for you.

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on all full-priced items.

• A $10 restocking fee applies if you return your whole order
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and processed

We gladly offer exchanges on eligible items, including sale items. To qualify:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Must be unworn, clean, and in original condition
• Swimwear must have hygiene stickers intact

If your return doesn't meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense. Sale items are final sale — exchanges and store credit only.

Our returns policy is slightly different during sale periods. All sale items (excluding our 60% off section) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only — no refunds. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased in our 60% off section are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit. Size exchanges are available on 60% off items, subject to stock availability, within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept international returns and want to make the process as smooth as possible.

• International customers are eligible for exchanges, store credit, and refunds
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we're not responsible for lost returns
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on return shipping are the customer's responsibility

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly. Sale period return terms above also apply to international orders.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sunchaserclothing.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items (refunds not permitted)
• Gift cards
• Worn, damaged, or used items
• Items without tags or hygiene stickers

If you opted into Checkout+, your return shipping label is included — you can return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. If you opted in during a sale period, we'll cover your return shipping label for store credit or exchange.

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries — you can still submit your return through our portal. You'll be responsible for return shipping charges, and return labels can be purchased through the portal.
